Minimium Safe engine Oil presssure (check low oil pressure indicator on instrument cluster)

Smoke Condition (White/Black/Blue/Clear)

Structural Condition (Check for any damages)

Check Engine Serial No. for any tampering

Leakage (Oil/ Coolant/ Fuel)

Engine Oil Quality (Dilution with water and fuel), check oil level

Physical Condition of Radiator, check for any major fins damaged, any major soldering done

Air Cleaner Physical condition & connecting hose condition

Check for FIP Serial no & Intactness of Seal

Structural Condition (Check for any damages)

Gear Engagement - (no slippage, Smoothly operating or not), PTO engagement

Transmission oil Quality (check dilution with water)

Noise during brake application

Check Clutch operation (There should be smooth gear shifting during clutching)

Abnormal noise in transmission

Note: Abnormal noise in 1st and Reverse gear

Structural Condition (Check for any damages)

Check for hydraulic lifting with PC DC lever (check for jerk or lowering). Check noise from Hydraulic Pump

Check for any major Dent/ Bent and Rustiness

Head Lamp, Brake Light, Side Indicators, plough lamp, Hazzard Functioning

Instrument cluster condition - any major issues

Physical condition of Battery and Battery Mountings (Bracket/Support/Tray) - any major issues

Functioning of Starter Motor (should be able to crank the engine)

Functioning of Alternater (Battery charge indicator should work)

Tyre Physical Condition (to check for major cut and threads and check for uneven wear)

Tread Depth (at least 25%)

Wheel Rim Physical condition (Check for major cracks, welds, damage)

Steering Box (Power / Manual) & Power Cylinder (should be no leakages)

Any major excess Play in Steering linkage

Physical condition of Seat

Mirror, Foot rest, Platform - major issues
